Ingredients
1½ oz. Gosling’s Black Seal rum
Splash of Simple Syrup (for recipe)
Splash of freshly squeezed lime juice
5 oz. ginger beer
1 lime wedge, for garnish
Directions
- Pour the rum, Simple Syrup, and lime juice into a Collinsglass with ice
- Fill with ginger beer and stir gently with a bar spoon.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and serve with a straw.
