THIS IS VERY EASY APERITIF COCKTAILS FAMOUS IN ITALY.
Ingredients
1½ oz. Campari
1½ oz. sweet vermouth
1 orange twist
Club soda
Directions
- Pour the Campari, sweet vermouth, and orange twist into acocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well for 15 to 20 seconds, and strain into a Collins glass.
- Top off with club soda and serve with a straw.
